This cake was made eggless for a girl with allergies. She was turning 3 and had never had cake because of her allergies.
I’m not going to post the recipe because I am not completely happy with it, but basically I used a recipe I found online for vanilla cake and substituted applesauce for the butter/shortening/oil part of the recipe, and there were no eggs.
I just wanted to share because I liked how the decorating part turned out.

So true, egg-less white cake is difficult. Once had to do vegan cupcakes, chocolate was easy, but vanilla took some experimenting. But snow white looks stunning!
