I have been wanting to make margarita cookies for a while now, but never had the right opportunity. I even had the cutter on hand!
When Suzanne asked me to make her margarita cookies for a rehearsal dinner, I was stoked!
The “salt” rim was made with clear chunky sugar sprinkles.
I also make some with the couple’s initials.

it wasn’t, but i have thought of that before! next time i make lemons or limes i will do that!
